Even though I’m on bed rest, I want my family to eat well. Some of these recipes may look complicated but I plan on getting Hubby and Angel to do a lot of the prep work the night before. Also, I strategically put the more the labour intensive meals on our “non-busy” nights so I’d have more help.
Here’s our menu for January 23-29.
Saturday: Family potluck at our place. For dessert we’ll make chocolate cupcakes.
Sunday: Beef bourguignon, roast garlic mashed potatoes, and Ceasar salad.
Monday: Teriyaki chicken, rice and cauliflower.
Tuesday: Pulled Pork Barbecue, buns and sliced veggies.
Wednesday: Steak Fajitas.
Thursday: Sczechuan Noodles and ginger soy lime marinated shrimp.
Friday: Cream of cauliflower and red lentil soup with homemade bread.
