Saturday: Baked ham, twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Sunday: Brunch – French toast with fruits and whipping cream.
Dinner – Leftovers.
Monday: Cheddar and corn chowder with bacon and homemade bread.
Tuesday: Chinese chicken pizza with hoisin sauce and sliced veggies.
WednesdayLinguine with shrimp and lemon oil.
Thursday: Tuna casserole and sliced veggies.
Friday: Monkey’s 2nd BirthdayBeef bourguignon, roast garlic mashed potatoes, and Ceasar salad. Lasagna! For dessert, banana cake with cream cheese frosting – yum!
