Here is our menu for January 9th to 15th.
Saturday: Family over for dinner. Indian Food Night! Butter chicken, Dry beef curry, Shrimp korma, Naan, Basmati rice and Mango lassi. Yum! (I forgot to plan veggies – oops!)
Sunday: Wonton soup and sliced veggies.
Monday: Asian chicken wraps and sliced fruits.
Tuesday: Black bean soup and homemade biscuits.
Wednesday: Pasta with butternut squash and sage.
Thursday: Baked ham, twice baked potatoes and Ceasar salad.
Friday: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles with sliced veggies.
