Our menu plan for January 2-8, 2010!
Saturday: Crepes with peaches and whipped cream.
Sunday: Feast of the Epiphany – Slow cooker pot roast with boiled potatoes, carrots and a salad.
Monday: Macaroni and cheese and sliced veggies.
Tuesday: Potato and leek soup served with homemade biscuits.
Wednesday: Coq au vin with rice and baked squash.
Thursday: Beef tacos and sliced fruit.
Friday: Pirogies and sausage.
