This week I’m hoping to go into labour so I picked dinners that Hubby, or whoever will be here, will find easy to make. A few of them are new to me but they seem simple enough.
Saturday: Chicken spaghetti and sliced veggies.
Sunday: Dinner with family.
Monday: Potato and leek soup with homemade bread.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with Meat-sauce and salad.
Wednesday: Smothered pork chops, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
Thursday: Beef fajitas with the fixing!
Friday: Baked lemon pasta and sliced veggies.
