Weekly Menu

Alright! Things are starting to get a little more predictable around here. I wish predictable meant long and restful sleeps, but not with a 2 week old. That’s ok, we’re all feeling pretty good, despite the fatigue and massive amounts of laundry. Here’s our menu for the week. Have a Happy Easter!

Saturday: Asparagus risotto and salad.
Sunday: Easter at my parents’! Hot Cross Buns.

MondayCompany pot roast, mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
Wednesday: Shepperd’s pie and sliced veggies.
Thursday: Turkey noodle soup. 
FridaySlow cooker pepper pork chops, rice and steamed broccoli.
