Nope, I’m still not tired of Hebdomadal Sustenance. But for those of you wondering, its my new way of saying Weekly Menu. Silly, I know (grin).
Monday: Roasted Asparagus and Red Onion Quesadillas. I am starting to get tired of quesadillas with bell peppers and chicken (or rabbit). This recipe looks like a great way to take advantage of all the delicious asparagus making its way to the grocery stores right now.
Tuesday: Salmon “Bulgogi” with Bok Choy, Mushrooms and rice. I’ve made this recipe a few weeks ago and it was a hit. It tastes very similar to a teriyaki-type sauce but with a twist.
Wednesday: Curried Beef Stew with Potatoes, Shallots and Malt Vinegar. From 660 Curries page 173.
Thursday: Stovetop macaroni and cheese with broccoli.
Friday: French Lentil Soup with homemade crusty bread.
