I am out of practice. It took me forever to put together this weekly menu, but last week week I really enjoyed having a menu to guide me through the week. It took away those “what should I make to eat?” moments and gave me a better grasp on what we were eating.

dinner: Beef enchiladas, homemade refried beans and Mexican rice.
dinner: Potato cheddar soup.
Bake sourdough bread. Soak black beans.
lunch: Tomato soup (from home preserved tomatoes) and grilled cheese sourdough sandwiches.
dinner: Pot stickers, braised cabbage and rice.
lunch: Leftover lentil soup.
dinner: Sourdough pizza.
